Hey everyone! Today I went thrifting for the first time. I had been wanting to go for so long now and when I got there I realized it was totally not my thing. However, thrifting really made me appreciate all the awesome antique bits that surround my house - whether it's vintage family photos or even little treasures that we have found at flee markets. Here are a few pieces that I thought were worth sharing with you guys.
Above are some rustic shelves that my mom found at a market. She then decided to use them as bookends because we couldn't quite find the perfect place to hang them. I love the way these look and I would never think they were meant to hang on the wall.
My parent's had a multitude of old family photos that were just sitting in a box collecting dust. I chose a few and decided to place them around my room. I have a few on my bookshelf and others in frames. I'm not quite sure who the pictures are of, but they are so cool to look at!
These little coasters aren't vintage but they sure do look it. They have this amazing faded Eiffel Tower print. As you can probably tell, we haven't quite used them yet. They are just too pretty to actually put a drink on! Instead, they add a nice touch to a drab coffee table.
